Q. My copier has developed a fault, how quickly can you come and fix it?

A. Our aim is to send an engineer to you within one business day.

 

Q. Can you advise which low-cost printer is best for our office?

A. Yes, we are not tied to any particular brand and through many years of experience we know which models are the most cost effective to maintain.

 

Q. I need an extra copier during the week of the show, can you help?

A. Yes, we can do all the installation and set you up on a short time rental.

 

Q. Our cash-flow won’t stretch to a new office machine, what options do we have?

A. Rather than buying outright, we can advise on leasing and hire agreements on terms to suit you.  Most of our clients operate on a on a pay per copy deal.

 

Q. My printer is on a contract, how often will it be serviced?

A. We generally service our contract printers once per year. If however a fault occurs we will do our best to get you back in business as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.

 

Q. I’m looking to save money by picking up a reconditioned copier, can you help?

A. Yes, just drop us your details, and if we don’t have anything in stock we will help find a machine that is right for you.  We will even rebuild the copier from the ground up and offer it to you in “as new” condition.

 

Q. What is included in your installation service?

A. We will do all the unpacking, installing to your server, training and disposal of packaging materials.
